How long is the shipping process? 

Standard shipping is 1-7 business days ,

SALE orders ship out in the order in which they are received due to the high volume of SALE orders . PLEASE ALLOW 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS ON ALL SALE ORDERS to process and ship. If a product ordered is on backorder will notify you via email.

It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.

 For orders placed prior 4PM pacific time will be processed that day, If placed after 4PM pacific time  we will begin processing your order on the next business day.

 

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

What shipping company does CinCityCollection use?  USPS (united states postal service) Priority mail 1-3 business days once package leaves CinCityCollection for domestic packages and 1-2 weeks for international orders.

ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION ON DELIVERY.

  • Once a package leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. A claim will have to be opened by the buyer with the shipping company. No refunds or replacements will be sent out until further hearing from the shipping company.

 

When do I receive tracking information?  

Tracking information is emailed to the email address on your order form on the day that your order ships out, you will NOT receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.

 

Does CinCItyCOllection have a policy for return/exchange? 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We Do Not have a Return or Exchange Policy unless there is a mistake on our behalf, we will make the  changes to correct it immediately.

How do I maintain my Hair ?

While we always recommend seeking professional stylist to assist with your install Here’s A few tips: Cold wash your hair (LUKE WARM) , Condition your hair, Clip your ends, Seal your wefts, Be sure to tie your hair up treat it like you were born with it . 

 

What to do to prevent shedding? 

ALL hair including your natural hair is gonna give a bit of shed when combing. We recommend seeking a professional to maintain upkeep. Gently comb or brush your hair from bottom to top with a wig brush , We recommend you sealing your lace & wefts with weft sealer.
