PRICE OF SHIPPING? 

Options vary at checkout 

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? 

All orders are shipped in 1-3 business days.  We receive and process a large amount of orders daily, and we require this time is efficiently process, pack, and drop off your luxury item (s) to the post office.  Once completed, an email is sent to notify you of your shipment tracking and website to track. 

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent with your tracking number.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED? 

All orders are expedited for faster deliveries!  Orders within the U.S. are promptly delivered in 1-8 business days from shipment. Please allow this time when ordering, as our products are exclusively made, and require this time for delivery from our warehouse.  Orders outside of the U.S./International Orders are delivered in 15-20 business days from shipment.

 

MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELED! 

Reason will be stated in description. 

PLEASE NOTE BILLING AND SHIPPING MUST MATCH OR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 

We manufacture and ship your beautiful items from our international warehouses, currently located in China. Our stock is shipped directly from our fulfillment centers, in order to get them to you faster, and to save you thousands of dollars, as when shipped from our Chicagoland location.

Our orders are expedited and shipped via USPS mail.  Tracking will be emailed upon shipment.  

MULTIPLE ITEM SHIPPING? 

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually.  You may receive one item before the next.  So don't panic if you receive one item only…rest assured the others are on the way. One of our complimentary services provided by our staff is closely monitoring your order, and communicating with the postal service when necessary.

I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER ...

Changes to orders can be made up to 1 hour after placement on our website.  After this time, it may or may not have been processed.  Email us directly to verify if an order can be changed.  If processed, a refund or exchange will be the alternative!

 

I DON'T SEE AN ITEM ON YOUR SITE ... 

Submit an Item Request! See the Item Request DM us, or email us as we have many items in stock that are not listed on our website!  We will respond with a price and placement on our site to purchase!

 

I RECEIVED MY ORDER, AND HAVE

 A PROBLEM ... 

No Problem! Email Us directly at info@Cincitycollection.com to have this problem resolved! We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and we are happy to resolve any issues with your order!

 

I SHIPPED MY RETURN PACKAGE, WHAT NOW? 

Once we receive your return, an email confirmation will be sent to you with your refund information and details, in 1-3 business days!  We check our mailbox daily, however we receive lots of mail, and need at least 1-3 business days to process your return and respond with all the information you will need!

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER ...

Contact us immediately to investigate and resolve, email us at Info@cincitycollection.com.  Please wait until after the required delivery time frame to contact us, as we require for deliveries!  Please note, this event is unforseen and has never occurred in the history of our service.

When placing orders, the billing and shipping address must match the address that the credit card company has on file or the order will not be processed
